Food Entry No. 4 Pechay, Tuna, Tomatoes

Hello! Fourth food entry. Another random dish..or shall I say another typical dish with my own twist. ☺This time it's my own version of Ginisang Pechay! We know this dish as fool-proof, easy-to-cook, as-easy-as-hotdogs -- in short newbie dish. Well it is!

What's new? Instead of sardines I used fresh tuna then like penicillin I somehow accidentally discovered how to tone down spiciness using.. (See More!)

Food Entry No. 3 - Post-Holiday Salad

The Holiday season is O-V-E-R! What happened?!  -_-

Post-holiday food is always (well in our household) a good combination of guilt and thriftiness. We plan our meal on what food item we found in our ref..and also the NOW-present "HEALTHY" mindset.

The first "meal" done after the holidays (minus the reheated food) is this S-A-L-A-D!

Food Entry No. 2 - Deconstructed Sopas

Another food entry! Weee! I've been experimenting in the kitchen a lot these days. Last Saturday (Oct 19), I'm trying to device a way to utilize the leftover spaghetti noodles from Derick's birthday (Oct 10) only to find out... IT'S ALREADY SPOILED. Boo!

Naprepare ko na lahat ng ingredients (the meats and veggies). Pati yung pagpapakulo nung manok. Late ko na naisipang i-check kung maayos pa ang noodles.
